All purchases made at Krosha are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. A video recording is compulsory to make any claims.

3. Return Process for Defective Items

4. Exceptions

  • Damaged During Shipping: If your item was damaged during shipping, please mention shipping defect with images of damage in email.
